Hi I am 45 live in upstate Ny I have been emotionally and verbally abused my whole life as well as sexually..between my family , dates , first husband and now my husband I am with....I am getting so burned out I am seeking support and help..I am bi-polar and ptsd and suffer anxiety attacks and major depression.....I am on disability right now after 2 years of pure hell....I want this to end but not sure how or if I am ready....chantal
